MINSK, 20 March (BelTA) – The Belarus-Pakistan Business Council may be held in the format of a business forum. This matter was discussed during an online meeting between Deputy Chairperson of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Yelena Malinovskaya and Joint Secretary (Ministry of Commerce of Pakistan) Maria Kazi, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The parties went through the preparation for the upcoming Belarus-Pakistan business event that will be co-located with the visit of the prime minister of Pakistan to Belarus.
A reminder, the previous business forum was held in November 2024 during the visit of the president of the Republic of Belarus to Pakistan.During the talks, a proposal was put forward to hold the Belarus-Pakistan Business Council in the format of a business forum. This format will be more convenient for discussing problems, arranging presentations and B2B talks. It will also facilitate the signing of memorandums of cooperation and contracts between Belarusian and Pakistani enterprises, the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry emphasized.
