Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sakafat Forever.

PURCHASING ONLINE THROUGH THE SITE

When online buying a product and/or service from or through the Site, you agree that:

(a) you are liable for reading the full product and/or service listing before committing to purchase;

(b) you enter into a legally binding contract when you commit to purchase the product and/or service; and

(c) Site is not a party to the contract and does not transfer legal ownership of the product and/or service from seller to you in case any product and/or service is purchased directly from any of the associate/vendor/partner/artisan.

ONLINE ORDER

Please specifically note that there are instances when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to decline or terminate any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards or other payment methods, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or any other information check. The absence of an answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 24 hours. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of payment methods such as credit or debit card.

PRICING

We try our best to provide the most precise pricing information on the Site to the users purchasing, any goods and/or services, from the Site. However, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of a product and/or service is not displayed correctly on the site. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that a product is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the payment charged.

It is pertinent to mention here that rule of fair pricing policy shall not apply to the products purchased online through the Site. We do not indulge into price bargain as our price is final due to uniqueness of our exclusive HANDMADE products coming from SF. However, product coming from associates/vendors/partners/artisans may be directly sold as per the pricing policy of the said associates/vendors/partners/artisans.

RETURN POLICY

A product and/or service purchased from or through the Site may only be returned within 7 days from the date you receive the product. Return shall be intimated to SF through a return form attached with the product within 24 hours from receipt of the product by returning the form as provided on the form along with the reasons of return and subsequently the product may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product in the same manner, through same courier and condition such as packaging as the customer received the product. In course of return of product if any damage occurs to product due to the negligence of the customer no money shall be returned. Customer will only receive payment within 15 days from the date SF receive the returned product in merchantable condition.

REVISION

Prices for our products and/or services are subject to revision by SF without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service provided through the Site.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products and/or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and/or services and/or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of SF. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We make every effort to offer best quality products and/or services to the customers. However, as products coming from SF are exclusively handmade hence may slightly vary in weight, dimension, design, color etc from the one shown in the pictures on the Site. We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected to your satisfaction.

TRUTHFULNESS OF INFORMATION

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
