FCCI hosts BACP to Conduct Seminar ‘How to do Safe Business in Russia
Faisalabad, 12 March 2020: Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry hosted Business Association for Cooperation with Pakistan (BACP) to conduct the seminar ‘How to do Safe Business with Russia’. The seminar was Chaired by Mr Rana Muhammad Sikander Azam – President FCCI and was attended by Mr Bilal Waheed – Vice President FCCI, Mr Sh Ashfaq, Mr Muzammil Sultan, Mr Shabbir Chawla, Mr Mian Farhan Latif ex Presidents FCCI, Members FCCI and a number of businessmen, investors and entrepreneurs from a wide array of fields. Mr Sheikh Faisal Ikram – President Sahiwal Chamber of Commerce & Industry also graced the occassion.
Mr Rana Sikander – President FCCI warmly welcomed Team BACP and appreciated the efforts being put in by Mr Jawad Rehman for bringing Russian Market to attention of Pakistani business community.
In the well organised seminar, Mr Jawad Rehman – President BACP briefed about the necessity to establish a platform (BACP). Mr Jawad explained the reasons to look towards Russia to make use of the opportunity as one of the big market available for Pakistani products to enter. Russia and Pakistan are natural trading partners in the region and Pakistani bussinessmen should make use of the opportunity to increase the bilateral trade, said Mr Jawad Rehman. He also added that it is most likely that substantial changes take place in the bussiness world and affect most of the economies. Therefore, Pakistani bussinessmen must adapt abd make use of the open ended business opportunities in Russia.
Ms Madina Tavitova Gerorgvina – Business Consultant ex BACP comprehensively briefed the participants about the various aspects of the doing safe business in the Russian market, its requirements and pros & cons. Later, the participants enthusiastically participated in an exhaustive Q & A session.
