Team SF & BACP promoting Emerging Pakistan

On 8 December 2019, Mr Jawad Rehman – President of the Business Association for Cooperation with Pakistan (BACP) accompanied by 2-member media team of RBC, Russia arrived at Islamabad International Airport from Moscow, Russia to participate in the 6th Meeting of the Russian-Pakistan Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific & Technical Cooperation being held in Islamabad, Pakistan from 9-11 December. They were received by Team Sakafat Forever (SF) at the airport.

The RBC team is in Pakistan to cover various events, conduct interviews, interact with locals and visit locations to present a complete picture of Emerging Pakistan in Russia. RBC Team; being conducted by Team SF; spent an eventful day in Islamabad – The Beautiful while visiting the scenic Daman-e-Koh and Monal Restaurant located in the idyllic country side towards Pir Sohawa.
An on-spot interview was also conducted there of Mr Mark Crossey – British Council. Later RBC Team visited Lok Virsa Museum and conducted interviews related to traditional arts and handicrafts. RBC Team exhibited keen interest in local handicrafts particularly semi-precious gem stones & jewelry and hand embroided traditional yet colorful garments.

In the evening, a professionally interactive session at Islamabad Press Club turned out to be the highlight of a busy but rewarding day. Efforts of BACP and SF were lauded for the efforts to promote Pakistan-Russia bilateral relations to enhance business & tourism. It was also decided to put in sustained efforts for exchange of journalists between two countries as well as media content including dramas & feature films. RBC Team also conducted interview of Mr Shakeel Qarar – President Islamabad Press Club wherein he reiterated that Pakistan has emerged successful from a testing period and welcomed the foreigners to visit and have first-hand experience of the warm hospitality of the friendly Pakistanis.
Mr Jawad Rehman – President BACP remained an active participant in the day long activities.
