The topic of creating a technologically independent information infrastructure has acquired additional relevance in recent years. The sustainable development and security of any country depends on an effective solution to this problem. Over the past 10 years, Russia has been working to ensure the technological independence of its own infrastructure. The goal for the next 10 years is complete import substitution at critical information infrastructure facilities. To achieve it, new standards must be developed and the regulatory framework must be finalized; investments in the development of production capacities, R&D and science; cooperation between the market, regulators and developers; creation of a labor market and training of new specialists. What experience do the largest technology companies in Russia have today?

How can it be useful for countries that are currently on the path to technological sovereignty? What are the best practices for ensuring the sustainability of critical infrastructure facilities? How can new ways of cooperation in this area be created in the international arena? At the session “Why can you trust us?

Building technological sovereignty together,” participants will share their own experience in developing the critical infrastructure sphere, talk about the challenges they have faced, the results they have achieved, and share possible scenarios for international cooperation in the field of critical infrastructure.
